  1. Hi. My T5 Plus is loosing power. At 15% yesterday, I just read a whatsapp message & the phone died. Then it wouldn’t charge. I finally got it to charge last night after 10 by removing the battery & then putting it back. This morning it was only on 65 %. Then after using it for 15 min, it went to 50%. It’s been charging now & the battery is actually loosing power. It’s now on 14% & off. I’m too afraid to switch it back on, as I’m going to need it tonight. Please help!!!!!!! I’ve had it about a year now. Constantly freezing. Had a microphone issue when I bought it, so it’s been in for repairs already. Harddrive replaced a few weeks after it was bought. I’m soooo tired of struggling with not responding. This phone is tiring. How do I now sort out this charging issue???? I cleaned my apps & files this morning, but that didn’t even help
